Founded in 2000, Q Foundation, Inc (QFI) is a recidivism reduction and behavior modification agency that specializes in strengthening the lives of justice-involved individuals, returning citizens and the at-risk community. This is accomplished by utilizing cognitive and motivational methodologies to rethink their offending behavior, substance use history and/or decision making while encouraging self-evaluation, perseverance and accountability. He is also a decorated military veteran, accomplished athlete and state championship-winning head football coach.
